This nitrogen fertilizer with stabilized ammonium nitrogen and a high sulphur content is suitable for the application of higher nitrogen rates in a single application. In cereals, two fertilizer applications can be combined into one, while in oilseed rape, the entire spring nitrogen requirement can be applied in a single application. Root crops can receive the full nitrogen rate prior to planting.

The delayed conversion of ammonium nitrogen to nitrate reduces the risk of nitrogen leaching into groundwater and nitrogen losses as nitrous oxide emissions to the atmosphere, particularly under high-rainfall conditions.
